Throughout his career, Bill has challenged conventional thinking around healthcare innovation, outcomes measurement, collaboration, and the future of value-based care. His work has consistently focused on one central belief: Real transformation happens when data, leadership, and patient voice come together to drive meaningful change. The upcoming book builds on years of industry experience, strategic insight, and conversations that have helped shape initiatives across healthcare and the O&P profession — including the continued evolution of outcomes-driven care and patient-centered innovation. More than a reflection on the past 15 years, this book is designed to spark important conversations about what comes next. Thank you, Bill, for your continued leadership, vision, and commitment to advancing the future of healthcare innovation. #ThoughtLeadership #Innovation #HealthcareLeadership #ValueBasedCare #HealthcareInnovation #Leadership #TLI

Paul A. Ramsaroop liked thisPaul A. Ramsaroop liked thisLast week atAsembia's AXS26 Summit, many teams left with more than takeaways—they left with sharper questions about what their specialty pharmacy models need to become next. The conversations made one thing clear: the landscape has shifted. Rapid therapy innovation, rising costs, and increasing financial pressure are forcing organizations to rethink how their models are built—and how quickly they can adapt. The question is no longer if change is needed, but whether models can evolve fast enough. ▪️ If your model can’t flex, how will you keep up? ▪️ If visibility is limited, where are costs being lost? ▪️ If data is siloed, how actionable is it? ▪️ If control is fragmented, how do outcomes improve? Today’s models must go beyond operations—they need to deliver real-time cost control while keeping pace with rapid market change and escalating therapy costs. At AscellaHealth, we’re focused on helping organizations operationalize that shift by: • Increasing visibility into performance, spend, and access • Turning integrated data into real-time, actionable insight • Identifying opportunities to manage rising therapy costs while protecting access • Enabling more flexible, transparent models that improve outcomes If Asembia sparked new questions for your team, let’s keep the conversation going: https://lnkd.in/enZ7Tf5e

The future of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) through 2026 looks strong and evolving for government contractors. Here’s some thoughts on the expected expected trends and what contractors might anticipate: Federal agencies are likely to continue increasing their use of GSA MAS as a streamlined, pre-vetted vehicle for acquiring a wide range of products and services. This is driven by ongoing federal mandates for procurement efficiency, transparency, and speed. Modernization and Digital Tools: GSA will keep expanding its digital procurement tools (like GSA Advantage!, eBuy, and eLibrary) and may introduce new platforms to support e-commerce-style buying experiences. Automation and analytics will play a bigger role in market research and contract administration, so contractors should be ready to adapt to new technologies. Focus on Compliance and Cybersecurity: As federal requirements grow stricter around cybersecurity (like CMMC and supply chain risk management), MAS contractors will need to keep up with evolving compliance standards and be ready for regular updates to MAS terms and conditions. Consolidation of Contracting Vehicles: The GSA’s prior move to consolidate legacy schedules into the MAS may be followed by further efforts to bring more federal spending under the MAS umbrella, potentially phasing out duplicative or specialized IDIQ vehicles. Sustainability, Small Business, and Socioeconomic Goals Expect more focus on environmental purchasing, small business participation, and diversity. Be aware of evolving standards supporting green and inclusive acquisition-having solutions that address these goals may set vendors apart. Contractor Takeaways for 2026: - Stay informed: Track MAS refreshes, updates, and new compliance standards regularly. - Build agility: Be ready to update your offerings and processes in response to procurement modernization and policy changes. - Invest in cyber readiness: Cybersecurity and supply chain transparency will only become more important. - Focus on value: Demonstrate tangible value, innovation, and compliance to federal buyers. - Leverage small business and sustainability programs: These remain a procurement priority and opportunity area. The GSA MAS will remain a central, highly competitive platform for government business in 2026, but success will increasingly depend on agility, compliance, and alignment with emerging federal priorities. Contractors that stay ahead of regulatory, technological, and market trends will be positioned for growth. We specialize in guiding companies like yours through the GSA MAS process, offering hands-on support from initial readiness assessment to final award. Would you like to find out if your company is ready for GSA, or learn how our proven team can accelerate your application? Let’s schedule a free, no-obligation consultation at your convenience. Looking forward to helping your business grow in the federal space!

With Phase 2 and 3 on the horizon, DoD contractors and subcontractors need to understand how these next stages will reshape compliance expectations. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: → Phase 2 (Late 2026): Third-party (C3PAO) assessments expand for Level 2 contractors. → Phase 3 (Late 2027): Level 3 (Expert) requirements kick in for the most sensitive contracts. → Noncompliance risks: Missed opportunities, contract delays, and increased audit scrutiny. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘀: 1️⃣ Review your current NIST 800-171 implementation — don’t wait for the audit. 2️⃣ Identify which contracts may fall under Level 2 or 3. 3️⃣ Partner with a CMMC Registered Practitioner to prepare early. 4️⃣ Update policies and documentation now — future phases will demand proof, not promises. ✅ 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: The next phases of CMMC will separate proactive contractors from those left scrambling.
