And while there were many extra unforeseen challenges this week, as I reflect on what we did for the #AWSGlobalAmbassadorSummit, I am so proud, and I’m grateful to be a part of this community! They make the crazy hours, hard work, lack of sleep, hundreds of unread emails and Slack messages that have piled up (& physical challenges this year - I had a torn ligament repaired a few weeks ago and am in a large walking boot🤦🏼♀️) totally worth it! I am definitely going to sleep in tomorrow but I’m already looking forward to next years event!! There are way too many of you to tag here, but a special thank you to my boss, Tara, for nudging me into this world last year, and our executive sponsor, Erik, for trusting me with it! Juli Crompe shared thisI can’t even believe it’s already (& only) been a month since we wrapped up #AWSreinvent 2025! As I previously shared, I was asked last minute to attend and I am so glad I had the opportunity. It was THE BEST WEEK EVER! I started counting down the days until next year when I was boarding my flight home. Like everyone, I was jammed the entire week, getting to bed multiple nights at 3am but it was all worth it. There really are no words to describe the feelings of gratitude for my colleagues and our amazing partners who all made it a week to remember. If I missed you, I hope we connect somewhere in 2026! I’m not one for resolutions or recaps, but as we wrap up the year, a massive thank you to all the people who have been part of my journey at AWS so far. I have never enjoyed a job more and I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store! Wishing you a very great start to the new year! Juli Crompe shared thisWednesday morning started out unusually well - I woke up to good news from an APJ venue I’ve been trying to sort out for a month (I’d lost hope honestly but had pressure to make this happen!), and my EMEA team sent me a very kind shoutout from their offsite for my support. I was already in a good mood when I joined our Q4 Partner Core Global Meeting. I was listening but multitasking, reviewing the information I’d gotten from said APJ venue, when I heard my boss say my name. I immediately clicked over to see I’d been recognized for Delivering Results (one of our leadership principles - it’s one of my favorites) after an incredibly successful year of #AWSPartnerEquip and multiple other events I supported. If only every day was this great!! This year has been wild. A lot of airline miles. A lot of learning and growing. A lot of amazing opportunities to work with great colleagues and partners. And I have loved (mostly) every minute of it!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - I didn’t think I’d fit in here. I certainly didn’t expect to thrive. But I’m a whopping 16 months in (feels so much longer!) and so, so grateful for all the things this job continues to bring me. I can’t wait to share what we have in store for 2026!! (PS the rest of my Wednesday was also fantastic. Honestly one of the best days I’ve had in a while, and just a week after my birthday! I’ll happily take more days like this in the future! 🤞🏻) Amazon Web Services (AWS)

We knocked out the Experience Based Acceleration (EBA) formal training with Maria Armstrong and team. Went through the Next-Gen Agentic MSP Tract with Bappaditya Dutta, PMP, CSM, ITIL and Benjamin Reed. Attended the Modernization Tracts and Sales Alliance tract with Keith Groom. And had a little fun with Carson as our tour guide - a California and San Francisco native. UTurn Data Solutions is constantly evolving and accelerating the way we engage with customers and AWS. Work hard. Play hard.
