Brad Culbreth reposted thisBrad Culbreth reposted thisHelping EHS teams build stronger safety programs is what we do every day, on-site, alongside the people doing the work. This week, we're proud to join Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Safe & Sound Week 2026 alongside more than 4,600 organizations recognizing safety and health across the USA. This year's theme is recognition: acknowledging the programs, the progress, and the people who make workplaces safer. Pictured here is our Forward Deployed Engineering team surveying a facility to help design the right safety solution for that site. Every safety program has someone behind it who pushes it forward. Brad Culbreth shared this15 workers die every day in the US from occupational injuries. We didn't accept 38 and we shouldn't accept 15. The SIF plateau won't break with better paperwork — it'll break when machines can see danger and respond to it in real time. That's exactly what we built. Excited to share what the Intenseye team has been working on.Brad Culbreth shared thisSince 2017, Serious Injuries and Fatalities in the workplace have plateaued. Not slightly. Completely. BLS data: ~5,150 to ~5,480 fatal work injuries every year for nearly a decade. Over 94,000 recordable incidents analyzed by ISN between 2017–2021 showed 20,000+ SIF cases. Overall injury rates went down. SIFs didn't. No new compliance program changed this. No new acronym. No new culture initiative. No new checklist. Here's the uncomfortable truth: the tools and systems that got us from 38 deaths/day in 1970 to 15 deaths/day today cannot get us further. They weren't designed to. They reduce frequency of minor incidents. SIFs are a different problem. SIFs happen in real time. Someone reaches into a high-energy machine. Someone walks under a suspended load. Someone enters a confined space without PPE. These aren't paperwork failures. They're physical, observable events that happen in seconds. The only way to prevent them is to see them and act on them — in real time. Light curtains have been the industry's answer for decades. They worked incredibly where they can. But they can't tell a hand from a stick, can't be installed in many of the operations that need protection most, and disrupt daily workflows so much that teams find ways around them. That's not a solution — that's why the problem still exists. This is exactly why we built Sentinel Depth. Today I'm sharing our latest hardware — a depth-sensing camera and intelligence kit purpose-built to close the gap between detection and action. Sentinel Depth maps a 3D point cloud to human body portions in a way that existing 2D cameras simply cannot. When a worker reaches into a rotating machine, a press, or any high-energy operating equipment — the system doesn't just alert. It communicates directly with the PLC to trigger a real-time response. Before contact. This is Physical AI kit, designed to integrate with industrial control systems and intervene at the exact moment it matters. This is why we are all in on Physical AI and computer vision for workplace safety. Because the SIF plateau won't break with better reports, smarter audits, or faster paperwork. It will break when systems can see a hand reaching toward danger and act on it — in real time, integrated into the machine's own control logic. 15 workers still die every day in the US from occupational injuries. We didn't accept 38. We shouldn't accept 15. The SIF plateau isn't a mystery. Sentinel hardware lineup is how we continue breaking through it. #WorkplaceSafety #EHS #SIFPrevention #ComputerVision #PhysicalAI #SafetyTechnology #OccupationalSafety #SentinelDepth #Intenseye

Brad Culbreth shared thisHalf of major industrial incidents happen during startups, shutdowns, and maintenance. Not during normal operations. During the exceptions. That's not bad luck — it's a structural problem. When standard procedures pause, so does visibility. Temporary conditions, unfamiliar workflows, overlapping teams. Risk builds fast, and you often don't see it until something goes wrong. The fix isn't more checklists. It's real-time exposure visibility during the moments that matter most. We wrote about it. 👇Brad Culbreth shared thisHalf of major industrial incidents happen during startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. The work that happens least often causes the most harm. Why? Safety systems are built for steady-state — not the moments when everything temporarily changes. We broke down where exposure hides, and why it keeps getting missed. → https://lnkd.in/e5iWHRfJ

Brad Culbreth reacted on thisThrilled to announce the strategic investment by FM Capital with DLRdmv®. Their network of 50+ largest dealer groups and 1,100+ locations will help continue to shape the future of title and registration technology. When the operators who live this problem every day get a seat at the table, everybody wins. Grateful to be part of a team that's been solving this the right way - dealer by dealer - for ten years! #DLRdmv #FMCapital #DealersFirstBrad Culbreth reacted on thisTitle and registration is one of the most consequential and least-supported parts of the deal process in automotive retail. Today, we're announcing a strategic investment by FM Capital, a venture firm whose LP base includes more than 50 leading dealer groups, fleet operators, and remarketing companies representing more than 1,100 locations in the United States and Canada. This partnership does something most technology investments don't: it puts the operators who feel this problem every day directly into the product roadmap. For DLRdmv®, that means a direct line to the people processing title and registration work at scale, across franchises, across states, and across every deal type. That's how you build the right product. Not from assumptions. From the people doing the work. This amplifies our commitment to building the most complete title and registration platform in automotive retail. We built DLRdmv® dealer by dealer, on service and accuracy. This partnership is what that looks like at scale. Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/eH4qr2b4

"I now get in one click what used to take 5 different tools." That's Lynn Powers, Enterprise Sales Director, Clari. Before Salesmotion, enterprise reps juggled 5 different tools just to prep for calls. Now? Key signals surfaced in one click. And quota fell 6 months early. Here's what changed for the Clari team: → Annual quota hit in 6 months → 5 tools consolidated into 1 → Key signals surfaced in one click No more juggling 5 different tools. No more missing signals in enterprise accounts. No more leaving quota on the table. One click. Complete context. More pipeline. Read the full story → salesmotion.io

Do your sellers know which accounts deserve their attention? Most teams have thousands of accounts on their list. But only a small percentage are actively researching solutions. 6sense Account Prioritization helps teams identify the accounts most likely to buy — so sellers spend time where it actually matters. Take it from Bob Wassell, knowing where to focus can be a game-changer. Here’s what you need to know: https://okt.to/wJMTVt

Built for the Road, Not the Desk Most sales tech slows field reps down because it wasn’t built for the field. True field sales automation optimizes routes, tracks activity automatically, and keeps pipelines moving, leading to more visits, better follow-ups, and stronger close rates. Rep uses the same email template for every persona. CFO gets the same pitch as an SDR manager. Reply rates tank. Different buyers respond to different approaches. A technical buyer wants proof and details. An exec wants ROI and speed. Using one framework for all kills conversion. Spray and pray with templates = low reply rates across the board. Advent Calendar Tip 7 (of 12) 🎄🎅 Better: Test different email frameworks by persona • Problem-Agitate-Solution (call out pain, make it urgent, offer fix) • Before-After-Bridge (show current state vs. ideal state) • AIDA (hook attention, build interest, create urgency, clear CTA) Run A/B tests on 100+ emails per framework. Track reply rates by persona. What works for founders won't work for VPs. Test, measure, adapt.

Hiring SDRs isn’t the issue. Hiring without clarity is. Adding headcount feels like action. But activity ≠ progress. Because the issue is rarely about the number of people making calls. It’s about what happens before and after the call is made. 👉 Do they know exactly what a qualified opportunity looks like? 👉 Do they have a sharp enough filter to protect your closers’ time? 👉 Do they truly understand your buyers or are they just reading off a script? Hiring SDRs isn’t a mistake. Hiring misaligned ones is. 👇 What’s your #1 non-negotiable when hiring SDRs?
