#ProjectUpdate Progress continues on the Norfolk Casino! 🎰 🏗️ At completion, this project will include approximately 65,000 SF of gaming space, an eleven-story, 200-key hotel, and an eight-story parking garage with 1,400+ parking spaces. The facility will also include multiple restaurants and bars, a modern-day gastropub, a high-limit gaming area, an elevated pool deck, a spa and fitness center, and flexible meeting spaces.

This week, Yates Construction celebrated the completion of the Choctaw Central High School with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new high school includes the complete 29-acre campus replacement with a new academic building, band hall, dormitory, arena, Career & Technical Education building, football field, and bus barn.

Recently, Yates celebrated the grand opening of the Coushatta Casino Resort Expansion and Renovation Phase I project. The 300,000 SF project includes a nine-story luxury hotel, a porte cochère, an expanded central energy plant, and a connecting lobby linking the new hotel to the existing Coushatta hotels.

Recently, Yates celebrated the completion of the first phase of the Catawba Two Kings Casino with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This phase includes 22 live table games, 1,350 slot machines, a sportsbook, a full-service bar, a high-limit gaming room with 60 slots, and a restaurant. Congratulations to the team on this achievement!
