We’re proud to have donated a fully fitted kitchen complete with AEG UK appliances to YMCA BRIGHTON , helping to support those experiencing homelessness. July 50p Ask Triumph: £99,660 Raised in Just 9 Days! A huge thank you to every store, colleague, regional teams across the business! Over just 9 short days, your dedication at the tills turned 50p asks into a staggering total of £99,660 for Campaign Against Living Miserably! It’s proof that a simple question from our colleagues can create massive, positive change. Every region stepped up, every store got involved, and every ask counted. This amazing amount could potentially fund 18 evenings of life saving calls - helping hundreds of people find a reason to Stay.

We recently teamed up with Leeds City College to create a bright, welcoming new space for their students. Through the Wickes Community Programme, we supplied the timber, MDF, varnish and hardware to help get the job done. Together, the team built a new café counter, clad the walls and fitted fresh shelving to transform the room. Really proud that our Wickes 'Tool Theft' campaign has been shortlisted for a Creative Moment Award Tool theft has a devastating impact on tradespeople, so we wanted to create something that would make people stop, take notice and raise awareness of this important issue. The 2.4 metre Anguish sculpture, made entirely from reclaimed tools, helped bring the campaign to life, alongside Wickes’ commitment to supporting the trade community. As part of this, Wickes is pledging to mark over 260,000 tools for free across the UK in 2026, in partnership with DeterTech | UK.
