U.S. Financial Technology was honored to participate in the FHLB Directors’ Conference in Washington, DC, hosted by the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks. Rishi Ranjan, Vice President of Data & AI at U.S. Financial Technology, joined a panel discussion on Agentic AI moderated by Steven Townsend, CFA, Head of Strategy and Innovation at Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, alongside Tim Cerino, Managing Director, AI Transformation Executive at Accenture, and Alex McLeod, MBA, CEO of Parlay Finance. The discussion explored enterprise adoption of Agentic AI, governance, security, data controls, operational maturity, and evolving regulatory expectations for financial institutions. One key theme from the session: as AI systems evolve from generating responses to planning and acting autonomously, organizations must invest equally in governance, security, observability, accountability, and human oversight. We appreciate the opportunity to engage with leaders across the FHLB ecosystem and broader financial services industry on the future of responsible AI adoption. Special thanks to Jeff Stoltz, Steven Townsend, and John Comeau, CFA for the opportunity and thoughtful engagement throughout the event. #2026FHLBankDirectorsConference #AgenticAI #AI #ResponsibleAI #AIGovernance #FinancialServices #FHLB
