Purpose-built to meet Category 5 hurricane standards, this new 43,000-square-foot structure brings unmatched security, advanced infrastructure, and refined service capabilities to owners of all make and model yachts in the Treasure Coast yachting community. Rhode Island Boaters! House Bill 6256, the boat tax bill, has officially been scheduled for a hearing for the House Finance Committee this Tuesday (tomorrow). We now urgently need your help to gain attention of the committee with opposition emails and letters before it’s too late. Even if you’ve already contacted your local representative, please send that same message directly to the committee at: HouseFinance@rilegislature.gov. Every email counts, even duplicates, and it’s important that the committee hears from you before Tuesday afternoon. Subject: Oppose H6256 – Don’t Tax Boats Dear House Finance Committee, As a Rhode Island boater, I strongly oppose H6256.
