We had the privilege of hosting some of our incredible customers at Globe Life Field for a special Customer Appreciation Night as the Texas Rangers took on the New York Yankees. It was more than just a ballgame, it was an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and spend meaningful time with our customers, carrier partners, and ShipNova team members. At ShipNova, Unreasonable Hospitality isn’t just a phrase, it’s a core value. We believe in going above and beyond to create memorable experiences, not just through our service, but through the relationships we build. This past Friday, we took a break from the daily hustle and hit the streets of Downtown Denton for a team scavenger hunt with Let’s Roam! Split into four teams of three, we raced against the clock to uncover hidden gems, answer trivia about local landmarks, and snap creative photos, all while learning more about our town and each other. From vibrant murals to historic markers, every clue brought a new challenge and a whole lot of laughs. It was a great reminder that sometimes the best way to build stronger teams is to get outside, have a little fun, and work toward a common goal (even if it’s 100 degrees out 🥵).
