More than 40 QTSers, family members and friends came together for the Special Olympics Virginia, Inc. Plane Pull, working together to pull a plane 12 feet across the tarmac in an impressive 10.552 seconds. Beyond the plane pull, the event was an opportunity to support the athletes, families and communities that make Special Olympics Virginia's mission so impactful. Supporting Texas communities starts with investing in the resources they depend on. That's why QTS plans to invest $250 million in water infrastructure, conservation and community-focused water projects across Texas over the next decade. From replacing critical infrastructure in rural communities to supporting water replenishment, conservation and watershed restoration projects, this commitment is designed to help strengthen local water systems and support long-term resilience. Data centers power the digital experiences people rely on every day, and efficient cooling plays a critical role in keeping that infrastructure running reliably. At QTS, being designed to be different means rethinking how data centers operate. Our closed-loop cooling system recirculates water within a sealed system rather than continuously consuming it through evaporation. After an initial fill, the same water remains in circulation for the life of the building, eliminating ongoing water demand for cooling operations. As the demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow, we're committed to solutions that support both operational reliability and responsible resource management. QTS team members recently volunteered at Boulder Crest Foundation, helping prepare for the Healing Heroes Ride, one of the foundation's largest annual gatherings. From gardening and yard work to setting up event spaces, cleaning and beautifying the property, our team was proud to lend a hand in support of an incredible mission. It's one more way we're investing in the communities we call home and supporting organizations that make a lasting difference.
