  • More than 40 QTSers, family members and friends came together for the Special Olympics Virginia, Inc. Plane Pull, working together to pull a plane 12 feet across the tarmac in an impressive 10.552 seconds. Beyond the plane pull, the event was an opportunity to support the athletes, families and communities that make Special Olympics Virginia's mission so impactful. At QTS, we're committed to investing in the places we call home, and we're proud to partner with organizations that create opportunities for everyone to thrive.

  • As demand for AI and digital infrastructure accelerates, communities are asking an important question: How can growth benefit both innovation and the places where it happens? During today’s appearance on Yahoo! Finance’s Market Domination, Co-CEO Tag Greason shared how QTS approaches responsible growth through investments in workforce development, community partnerships, sustainable design practices and energy infrastructure. From creating pathways into skilled trades to leveraging technologies like closed-loop cooling to help protect water resources, we’re committed to building for the future while delivering meaningful impact in the communities we call home. One of the themes discussed was that digital infrastructure growth works best when it is paired with investment in the people, resources and communities that make that growth possible. As demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow, QTS remains focused on building responsibly, investing locally and creating lasting value for the communities we call home. https://lnkd.in/g2dXu4Gs

  • Supporting Texas communities starts with investing in the resources they depend on. That's why QTS plans to invest $250 million in water infrastructure, conservation and community-focused water projects across Texas over the next decade. From replacing critical infrastructure in rural communities to supporting water replenishment, conservation and watershed restoration projects, this commitment is designed to help strengthen local water systems and support long-term resilience. We're also continuing to advance our Water-Free Cooling Design across future Texas data center developments, helping reduce pressure on local water resources while supporting economic growth. • At QTS, we believe how we build matters as much as what we build. That's why we've invested in closed-loop cooling technology that requires no water for cooling once fully charged, helping to protect one of our most essential natural resources. Protecting water resources and reducing environmental impact are part of our commitment to building responsibly and creating long-term value for the communities we call home. Because being designed to be different means making choices that support a more sustainable future. https://lnkd.in/gMSVsdY4

  • Data centers power the digital experiences people rely on every day, and efficient cooling plays a critical role in keeping that infrastructure running reliably. At QTS, being designed to be different means rethinking how data centers operate. Our closed-loop cooling system recirculates water within a sealed system rather than continuously consuming it through evaporation. After an initial fill, the same water remains in circulation for the life of the building, eliminating ongoing water demand for cooling operations. As the demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow, we're committed to solutions that support both operational reliability and responsible resource management. Learn more about how QTS is eliminating ongoing water use for cooling in our latest article. https://lnkd.in/gxWnjrq2

  • QTS team members recently volunteered at Boulder Crest Foundation, helping prepare for the Healing Heroes Ride, one of the foundation's largest annual gatherings. From gardening and yard work to setting up event spaces, cleaning and beautifying the property, our team was proud to lend a hand in support of an incredible mission. It's one more way we're investing in the communities we call home and supporting organizations that make a lasting difference.
