Students are back in the classroom while construction moves forward. This aerial footage captures progress at North Elementary School, one of several Des Plaines School District 62 schools receiving additions as part of the district's transition to All-Day Kindergarten for the 2027-2028 school year. The project includes a new cafeteria and expanded space designed to support growing enrollment and enhance the student experience. Pepper's K-12 team specializes in delivering projects in active educational environments, allowing learning to continue while facilities evolve to meet future needs. Northshore Country Club has a fresh new look thanks to Pepper's Self-Perform Paint's recent renovation project. Working alongside Norcon, Inc. the team updated the clubhouse's bar, dining and lounge areas with new paint and wallcoverings, creating a brighter and more contemporary atmosphere. To prepare for the upcoming golf season, all halfway houses were also refreshed with a classic Hunter Green finish. By transitioning from warm tones to a palette of cool pastel colors, the project delivered a clean, modern feel that enhances the overall member experience.
