A complex implementation, executed with precision! 🎉 A global automotive supplier recently engaged us to support the implementation of OneStream RCM. The environment was highly complex, with global operations spanning more than 500 entities and over 100,000 reconciliation records. The organization required both technical implementation support and strong accounting process expertise to ensure a scalable and controlled rollout. We provided a consultant with deep experience in accounting, financial systems, and process improvement. Our consultant partnered closely with the client to design and execute a structured rollout plan, including establishing account owners and reviewers across thousands of accounts, delivering end-user training, reviewing reconciliation work, and embedding continuous improvement to monthly administration processes. The implementation was completed on time and resulted in significant improvements to the account reconciliation and monthly administration processes.
