This September, we’re doubling our impact in the fight against hunger. In recognition of Hunger Action Month®, Omni Hotels & Resorts will help provide two meals to Feeding America for every completed leisure or group stay from September 1–30, doubling our year-round commitment of one meal per stay. Through Say Goodnight to Hunger, these meals directly support local food banks in the communities where our hotels operate. Since launching the program in 2016, Omni has helped provide more than 30 million meals* to families facing hunger. We’re excited to celebrate three well-deserved promotions within the Omni family. Robert Kupchynsky has been promoted to Vice President of Finance, overseeing Accounting and Treasury within the Omni Service Center. Since joining Omni in 2018, Robert has played an integral role in major development and financing initiatives across the portfolio, including Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa and The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa. His promotion follows the completion of Omni’s year-long Executive in Development program, reflecting our commitment to developing our associates and preparing them for future leadership opportunities. Clinton Gulick has been promoted to Vice President of Facilities, leading corporate engineering and capital planning across Omni. Since joining the company in 2019, Clint has helped lead numerous renovation and reimagination projects, including major transformations at The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa and Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. With extensive experience in construction project management and development, he will continue bringing teams together across the organization to help shape and execute Omni’s capital priorities. Aaron Busick has been promoted to Corporate Director of Finance, providing leadership and support to accounting functions across our portfolio and partnering with operational leaders to drive strong financial performance. Aaron joined Omni in 2025 as Director of Shared Services and brings more than 25 years of hospitality finance experience, including leadership roles with Gaylord, Highgate, Davidson Hotels & Resorts, and Auberge Resorts Collection. We are pleased to share that Calvin Belknap has been appointed General Manager of The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa. Calvin returns to The Omni Grove Park Inn from Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, where he has served as General Manager since January 2021. Prior to his time in Hilton Head, Calvin spent nearly seven years at The Omni Grove Park Inn, serving in several leadership roles, including Director of Food & Beverage, Area Director of Food & Beverage, and General Manager. With more than 20 years of experience at Omni, Calvin brings a deep understanding of our culture, operations, and commitment to excellent hospitality. He began his Omni career in 2006 as Resort Manager of Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa and has continued to make a meaningful impact across the brand throughout his tenure. We recently had the incredible honor of celebrating Lobby Attendant Dee Dee Gowder’s 50th anniversary with Omni William Penn Hotel. Since joining the hotel in 1976, Dee Dee has welcomed generations of guests and associates with her signature charm, dedication, and iconic “Marvelous” catchphrase. She is a proud military Veteran, a beloved member of our Omni family, and an extraordinary example of what genuine hospitality looks like. To celebrate five remarkable decades, our team gave Dee Dee the royal treatment she deserved. Associates wore her favorite color, royal blue, she arrived in style by limousine, and our Associate Cafeteria became “Gowder’s Chowder Room” for 50 hours, complete with some of her favorite foods, raspberry cake, and plenty of Hershey’s chocolate with almonds. Dee Dee, thank you for 50 years of memories, smiles, and heartfelt hospitality.

Our Directors of Rooms and Directors of Engineering recently came together for a collaborative conference focused on planning for 2026 and beyond. Throughout the event, attendees heard from Omni senior leaders on our strategic priorities, gained valuable insights from Forbes representatives Lourdes Hainlin and Silvia Nauta, as well as Medallia expert Mike Debnar, learned from hospitality expert Anthony Melchiorri, and jumped into interactive breakout sessions that sparked new ideas, meaningful conversations, and fresh thinking for the future.
