Fertizona's whole credit department is one person. But since credit applications kept arriving incomplete, that one person’s job usually wasn’t deciding who gets approved and who doesn’t. It was chasing more information. Going back to each applicant for whatever was missing, then waiting on the reply. So for each new application, days went missing. With Nuvo, applications arrive complete, and the one-person credit department approves them in under a day. No new headcount needed. Full story in the comments.

This month marks 9 months at Nuvo, and one thing has become very clear: we are just getting started. In the time I’ve been here, we’ve rolled out 5 brand-new products, expanding from credit and customer onboarding into Intelligence, payments, Cash App, Collections, and beyond. The pace of innovation has been pretty incredible to watch, and it’s only accelerating. Now, I’m growing my team and hiring Mid-Market AEs in Denver. I’m specifically looking for sellers who know how to operate at the upper end of mid-market and into enterprise. Someone who can run a faster deal when needed, but is equally comfortable navigating a larger, more complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders, building an ROI case, and selling to executives. A few reasons I think this is a pretty special time to join: 🚀 Huge market: We’re going after an $11T B2B commerce and payments market that is still incredibly underserved by modern technology. 🚀 Rapid product expansion: We’ve launched 5 new products in the last 9 months, and we’re not slowing down. 🚀 Real ownership: AEs own the full sales cycle and have the opportunity to directly influence how we sell, what we build, and how we go to market. 🚀 Big opportunity: No assigned territories through 2026. North America is your oyster. 🚀 In-person team: We’re building the MM team together here in Denver. If you’ve sold larger mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals, love being part of an early-stage environment, and want to join a company where there is still a ton left to build, I’d love to talk. Shoot me or Griffin Hatton a message or apply directly. And if someone comes to mind, send them my way! Link to apply: https://lnkd.in/gyDf8RNY

She's right—you should make money on your money. Congrats to the team at Goodlane Logistics on their first interest payout with Nuvo's AR Suite! More to come. 🎉
Most B2B payment providers make money on your money. We don't think that's how it should work. 🎉 Excited to celebrate Goodlane Logistics receiving their first interest payout after implementing Nuvo's AR Suite. It's still early in their rollout, but it's a meaningful milestone and a reminder that B2B payments can create value beyond simply moving money. While many businesses focus on payment acceptance costs, very few ask another important question: What should happen to the cash while it's moving? We believe that value should benefit the business generating it, not just the payment provider. If your receivables are earning little to no interest today, let's have a conversation.

Approve faster. Take on less risk. And do it with a leaner team. Credit leaders are being asked for all three, but their credit policies weren't exactly built for this. Most were written for a world where a credit analyst had time to review every application by hand. But volumes are higher now, timelines are shorter, and AI is changing how decisions actually get made. On July 21, we're bringing together credit and AR leaders from across the physical-goods economy for a live, moderated panel on what a modern credit policy actually looks like, and how to decide faster without taking on more risk. We'll dig into: • The trends reshaping credit risk as volume and automation climb • The data behind an effective modern credit policy • How to keep decisions consistent as your customer base grows 📅 July 21 @ 10am PT / 1pm ET Register here: https://nuvo.ink/4vE41w4 Can't make it live? Sign up and we'll send you the recording. #CreditManagement #OrderToCash

Another launch! We just rolled out Nuvo's agentic customer application that adapts in real time. When a business wants to buy from a new vendor, they submit a customer application. For decades that's meant a piece of paper handed to a sales rep, a PDF over email, or at best a static web form. Vendors would get incomplete applications, verify every field by hand, and bounce apps back and forth with the customer for more information or corrections. That means days or even weeks of processing time before the first order is placed. That is, if the customer didn't get frustrated and give up. When we launched our first application in 2021 we closed a huge part of that gap: data validation, fraud prevention, and authoritative verifications made sure applications were right the first time. Vendors could now flatten their processing time from days to minutes. Now we're going a step further. Our new onboarding agent adapts the application to each customer, asking the right questions based on their business and what they've entered. Customers now get the shortest path to submission while still meeting the vendor's policy requirements. Forget drop-off and days of waiting, approvals to order are now instant! Risk intelligence is only useful if it reaches you in time to do something about it. Today we're announcing an integration with CreditRiskMonitor that brings their financial risk intelligence directly into Nuvo. CreditRiskMonitor's scores, alerts, and credit limit guidance can now be read by Nuvo's AI agents across onboarding, monitoring, and AR. So a Monitoring agent can watch your whole portfolio for changing PAYCE® Scores or slowing payments, automatically dig into the risk when an account fluctuates, and flag the account while there's still time to act. Faster decisions. Enhanced rigor. No toggling between systems. Learn more at the link in the comments.

Selling AI products into physical industries is a rare GTM opportunity. Nuvo works with businesses in food & beverage, building materials, electronics, and other critical sectors that still run much of their trade on outdated systems. These industries produce and distribute $11T of goods every year, and they are now adopting AI to automate the workflows that keep supply chains running. Lowe’s, AutoZone, Nestlé, and 175K+ other businesses rely on Nuvo to run critical operations and supply the world with essential goods. We’re growing quickly and backed by Sequoia, Spark, Founders Fund, Index, and other great investors. I’m hiring across BDR, AE, CSM, and Support. If you’re exceptional in one of these roles, or know someone who is, I’d love to talk. Careers page is in the comments, or reach out to me or Griffin Hatton directly.

AI-native order-to-cash network AR Suite is here: real-time cash application, intelligent collections, ERP sync, and more powered by AI agents who can work on your behalf. We started with credit and onboarding, and today we close the loop. The AR Suite automates the entire cycle. With Nuvo, you can: • Capture and verify payment credentials at onboarding, cutting fraud, reducing compliance liability, and shortening time to payment • Prioritize collections and dunning with AI agents that read live payment behavior and risk • Unify all revenue into a single bank account*, across ACH, wire, card, and check • Match incoming payments to the right invoices and customers in real time • Resolve discrepancies with AI proposing the fix and a person approving it • Sync to the ERP, keeping invoices, balances, status, and exceptions current across every system The AR Suite runs on Nuvo Intelligence, our coordinated system of AI agents built for the operational work of B2B trade. Nuvo is now the complete AI-native order-to-cash network. Onboarding, credit, and receivables on one system, with agents handling the manual work and people setting the policy and making the judgment calls. We're building towards a future where the entire physical economy runs autonomously, and we intend to be the infrastructure it runs on. Read more here --> https://lnkd.in/gcMwvuA3

Are you unintentionally ignoring good business because of administrative costs? Right now, there's a growing divide in the lumber & building materials industry. Suppliers are heavily concentrating their risk and favorable credit terms on large, reliable builders. Why? Because managing a hundred small accounts is administratively heavy and risky. But what if you could instantly identify the strongest small-to-medium contractors and safely capture that revenue without the back-office burden? Watch Sid Malladi, CEO of Nuvo, break down the macro trend impacting your pipeline during his guest appearance on LBM Journal's LBM Talks Credit podcast and how Nuvo’s technology allows you to competitively assess who you want to partner with and who you don’t want to partner with, which protects your costs of doing business and allows you to capitalize on the revenue that is on the table.
