🚨 Fed Update & Mortgage Rates 🚨 The Fed just met—and held rates steady again. But here’s the twist: 2 Fed governors voted to CUT, something we haven’t seen in 30 years. That’s a major signal. 👀 Markets are now betting on a 60–65% chance of a rate cut in September, and possibly two cuts before year’s end. 💡 What this means for you: While Fed rates ≠ mortgage rates, they both follow inflation—and a Fed cut could give mortgage rates a boost in the right direction. It’s not guaranteed, but odds are rising. 📉
