  • Recently, LP Indigenous Relations Representative Cory Cooper and her LP Peace Valley colleagues had the privilege of attending the Blueberry River First Nations Cultural Camp at Pink Mountain Ranch. The camp provides an opportunity for Elders and knowledge keepers to share the cultural teachings, traditions, and values that are central to the Dane-zaa way of life, helping strengthen connections across the broader community. “Building relationships has always been a priority for us. We take the time to meet with neighboring Indigenous communities, learn from them, and better understand what matters most to them,” said Cory. Thank you to Blueberry River First Nations for welcoming participants to this special gathering and for sharing their culture and knowledge. We are honored to learn from these experiences and continue strengthening our connections with Indigenous communities. #LifeAtLP

  • At LP, Quarterly Town Halls come with a familiar tradition: CFO Alan Haughie showing up in a vintage rock 'n' roll band t-shirt. As Alan prepares to retire on September 1, the LP Nashville team turned the tables at his final Town Hall, surprising him by wearing their own favorite band shirts in his honor. What started as a fun tribute became a celebration of a leader who has left a lasting mark on our company. During his seven years at LP, Alan helped guide the company through an important chapter of growth and transformation, establish the disciplined capital allocation framework that continues to support our strategy, and built a strong finance organization that has developed leaders across the business. Sometimes the traditions that seem small become the ones people love most. Thank you, Alan, for your leadership, legendary storytelling, and lasting impact on LP. Congratulations on a well-deserved retirement. 🎸
