  • Please join us in congratulating Toni Alvarado on her well-deserved promotion to Vice President, Finance at LCG! Toni has been a cornerstone of our success, guiding LCG’s financial strategy with unmatched integrity, precision, and partnership. Her impact has been felt across the entire organization. She has strengthened financial and contractual processes that support both our teams and our clients, played a major role in LCG’s transition from a small business to our next chapter, served as a trusted liaison to external financial institutions, and upheld exceptional fiduciary responsibility in all she does. In this new role, Toni will continue to lead our finance, accounting, and contracts teams with the same dedication and excellence. As a key member of the LCG Leadership Team, she will play an even greater role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving long-term growth. Toni, thank you for your continued leadership. We are lucky to have you. Congratulations again on this exciting milestone! #Leadership #Finance #Promotion #Gratitude #TeamLCG #FutureForward #WomenInLeadership #StrategicGrowth

  • Over the weekend, LCG was proud to support An Evening for Hope 2025, benefiting The Children's Inn at NIH’s - a place where hope, healing, and research come together to change lives. Sponsoring this event represents a reflection of our belief in the power of compassion, innovation, and community.   The Children’s Inn plays a vital role in helping families stay together during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, offering not just housing and support, but genuine hope. With incredible generosity, over $1.8M was raised from the auctions and individual contributions during the event.   We are deeply moved by the stories of resilience and strength that come out of this incredible organization, and we’re honored to contribute to their continued work. To the team at The Children’s Inn: thank you for everything you do. We’re with you in building a brighter, healthier future for children everywhere.

  • Yesterday, LCG was a proud sponsor of the 17th Annual Charity Golf Tournament by the Friends of Patients at the NIH at Manor Country Club in Rockville, MD! It was a great day on the green for a great cause! This charity supports patients receiving treatment and participating in research protocols at The National Institutes of Health. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, give back, and make a meaningful impact—one swing at a time. Huge thanks to everyone who made the day such a success! #AnnualCharityGolfTournament #GivingBack #NIH #FriendsofPatientsattheNIH

  • LCG proudly participated in the 2025 National Grants Management Association (NGMA) Conference, held in Washington, D.C., from March 12 to March 14. This annual event provided a valuable experience for our team members—LaTania Williams, Jennifer Webber, Keia Eaves, and Stephanie McDaniel—who engaged with 1,900 state and local government professionals in the grants management field. During the three-day conference, our team showcased LCG’s innovative digital and web-based information technology capabilities, articulating how these solutions can significantly improve grant managers' ability to effectively monitor their grants. The NGMA 2025 Annual Grants Conference served as an important platform for LCG to gather insights, expand its presence in the grants management sector, and explore future collaboration opportunities. Key Takeaways: - State and Local Government Needs: There is a substantial demand for grants management solutions, particularly in the public health sector. - Current Tools: Many state and local governments rely on outdated technology, with many managers still dependent on emails and Excel spreadsheets to manage their grant activities. - Common Requirements: There is a clear need for a grants management system that focuses on compliance, fraud prevention, waste reduction, and monitoring the spending and impact of grant recipients. #AGT2025 #NGMA #NationalGrantsManagementAssociation #GrantsManagement

  • As a proud and longtime sponsor of The Children's Inn at NIH, our CEO, Melissa McCullough, had the privilege of attending a dinner and discussion with Dr. Francis Collins about his new book, "The Road to Wisdom: On Truth, Science, Faith, and Trust" on Tuesday, March 4th. It was an amazing evening full of insightful conversation and uplifting energy. "What an honor to get a picture moment with Dr. Collins. His book is amazing! Be prepared for aha moments and lots of learning. Can’t wait to see what’s next on his list of accomplishments. I’d like to give a special thanks to Jennie and her exceptional leadership team for everything they do at the Children’s Inn. LCG couldn’t be prouder to be in partnership for such a worthwhile cause." - Melissa McCullough
