A special shoutout to Inter-Con Sergeant Emmanuel Madeuke! Sgt. Madeuke demonstrated exceptional quick thinking and compassion while responding to an individual experiencing a mental health crisis near the Salt River Bridge. He coordinated closely with DCC and local first responders to ensure the appropriate resources were dispatched. Through his calm demeanor and effective de-escalation skills, Sgt. Madeuke guided the individual to safety and remained with them until additional assistance arrived.
