We’re hiring for the following positions: Category manager – information technology: Develop and execute category strategies that drive measurable cost savings, commercial value, and vendor performance outcomes across HMSA’s IT vendor landscape, including software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud services, IT professional services, telecom, claims, peripheral systems, and digital solutions. Community health worker: Promote health and well-being through education outreach, care coordination, and navigation support after facility discharge. Partners with transition care nurses to provide post-discharge outreach, navigation, and transition planning. FEP benefit processor/customer service representative trainee: Assist members and providers by phone, in-person, and written correspondence. Must provide timely service to meet or exceed FEP contractual performance requirements. Health plan navigator I: Guides members through HMSA’s health plan benefits and programs. Assists members by phone and provides support in person and through online servicing tools. Senior engineer, unified communications: Implements and supports several collaboration technologies. Provides technical leadership to develop, maintain, and support complex unified communications infrastructure.

Customer service and sales representative: Serves as the principal HMSA contact for prospective and current Oahu employers and members inquiring about HMSA health plans and USAble Life product options. Medicare sales producer: Connects with people interested in Medicare plans, answers their questions, and helps them choose the plan that’s right for them. Builds relationships in the community and supports sales and member retention efforts. Product manager, commercial products: Oversees health plan products and benefits for employers and their employees. Helps design and improve health plans, using data and member needs to make plans more affordable, competitive, and effective while supporting membership growth and business performance.
