If the July 1 Microsoft 365 price increase shows up on your client's invoice without context, it turns into a "why are we paying more?" call. 💲 That's the problem. Here's the opportunity. Adding the security capabilities most SMB licenses don't include—Intune, Defender for Business, Entra ID P1, Conditional Access—costs $35 per user as standalone add-ons. Business Premium covers all of it for $22. And after July 1, the gap between SKUs gets even smaller. For MSPs heading into renewal conversations over the next few weeks, this is the math worth having ready. We have the full breakdown on SKU changes, what's bundled in, and the side-by-side cost comparison: https://bit.ly/4wqnLUF

Another great week on the road is in the books. 🤠 Last week, Rewst #FLOW2026 brought the MSP community to Nashville, and we showed up ready.    Joseph Landes led a breakout session while Taylor Weiss, Beau Wilmer, and Madison Bitting ran the booth, complete with a live hat press where attendees could customize their own trucker hats with Nerdio-themed patches. And congratulations to Kris Harness and James Ammons from KDH Consulting, Inc. for winning our Ray-Ban Meta Glasses giveaway. 🕶️ Thank you to everyone who stopped by, booked a demo, or took a few minutes to connect... and a big thank you to Olivia Guidera and the Rewst team for putting together such a well-run event. See you at the next one: https://bit.ly/4y1KV5q ✈️

79% of ransomware incident response engagements involved at least one RMM tool. ⚠️ That's from Microsoft's 2025 Digital Defense Report, and it's the number every MSP should be sharing with clients who think their current stack is enough. Your clients on Business Premium, E3, and E5 already own Intune; most aren't using it. Intune security baselines, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Conditional Access close the exposure your RMM can't. The license is already paid for. Microsoft is bundling premium Suite features into E3 and E5—making July 1 a natural conversation trigger. We put together a three-stage action plan for building a productized Intune service line and where Nerdio Manager for MSP fits as you scale. The MSPs who treat Intune as optional in 2026 are making a decision... they just might not realize it yet. Read the full guide: https://bit.ly/3SBbZYW

118,000 organizations need CMMC Level 2 certification. Fewer than 1,100 have it. Fewer than 100 authorized assessors exist to certify them. C3PAOs are already booking 6–9 months out—with backlogs stretching into 2027. Phase 2 enforcement starts November 10, 2026. Circle that in red on your calendar. 📆 That math is an MSP business case. The architecture isn't complicated: An AVD enclave on Azure Government Cloud concentrates all CUI into one controlled environment. Endpoints become dumb terminals. The compliance surface shrinks. Costs drop 40–60% compared to hardening an entire network. The operational problem is scale. Building one CMMC enclave is manageable, but building ten is where most MSP practices break down. We wrote the playbook for how to make it repeatable—including how C3 Integrated Solutions now deploys new client environments up to 80% faster with Nerdio. Come with us to the Microsoft Experience Center in New York. 🗽 Last week, Nerdio brought a room full of MSPs through a half-day Intune training—and the conversations that followed are still on our minds. Most MSPs are sitting on untapped Intune licenses across their client base. This session was about changing that. Thank you to Rolando Jimenez, Taylor WeissSabrina Dhaliwal, Tyler Albani, and Nick Tria, who represented Nerdio for the full day. If someone made a documentary about your IT environment, what would the poster say? Most IT pros have lived all four genres at some point. But there's always one that hits a little too close to home. Drop your vote below. 👇

Most MSPs managing endpoints across multiple clients are doing it with too many tools and too little consistency. Last week at the Microsoft Experience Center in New York, Nerdio set out to change that. Rolando Jimenez reintroduced the room to Microsoft Intune and made the case for why it should be a core part of every managed service offering. From there, he went live in Nerdio Manager for MSP to show exactly it makes Intune practical at scale—covering everything from initial setup to standardizing policies and baselines across an entire client base. Taylor Weiss, Sabrina Dhaliwal, Tyler Albani, and Nick Tria represented Nerdio alongside Rolando for the full day. To everyone who joined us—thank you. The conversations in that room are exactly why we organize events like this. If you want to see where we'll be next, check out our Events page: https://bit.ly/4vE8uiX

Building a DaaS offering on AVD with custom scripts is one thing. Scaling it is another. For Jeremy Wallace at Safari Micro, every AVD deployment meant custom scripting, ongoing maintenance, and senior cloud architects tied up in day-to-day management instead of growing the business. The team had the vision: a repeatable, client-facing desktop as a service offering. But the build was too dependent on their best engineers to ever fully scale. Nerdio Manager for MSP changed what was possible. The results: ⚡ 50% time savings for senior cloud architects 🚀 75–80% efficiency gains for intermediate engineers 📅 Same-day client onboarding to AVD 🔄 Repeatable DaaS delivery without relying on senior engineers for every task Read the full story: https://bit.ly/3Q4fqXh
