Looks like we’ve caught a little World Cup fever. ⚽️ Camilo Fuentes Acuña at Garces Fruit in Chile recently shared these photos from their company-wide soccer tournament. His team designed custom MaintainX FC jerseys and is currently sitting at the top of the standings! 👀 Seeing customers embrace MaintainX like this is something we'll never take for granted. Best of luck to MaintainX FC for the rest of the tournament! We're honored to be part of your team's journey, both on the plant floor and on the pitch. 💙 #WorldCup2026

Adoption doesn't happen by accident. It takes visibility, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Ben Ziegler, Operational Technology Software Developer at UFP Industries, shares how the company's monthly Center of Excellence helps drive MaintainX adoption across its sites by reviewing adoption metrics, sharing best practices, and turning insights into action. The result? Better collaboration, stronger standards, and measurable improvements over time. 📈 #CMMS #MaintenanceManagement #Industry40 #IndustrialAI

  • What a week in Chicago 🐥 Our team left Automate 2026 with full schedules, full hearts, and a lot of rubber ducks claimed. Between our AI duck photo booth, in-booth magician, and countless conversations, this show reminded us why we do what we do — frontline workers deserve tools that actually work for them. What we heard most from the floor: 1️⃣ Adoption is everything The biggest challenge wasn't features. It was getting people to actually use the tools. If technicians aren't using the system, the data isn't there. 2️⃣ Tribal knowledge is disappearing Teams are looking for better ways to capture expertise before experienced technicians retire. Our MaintainX AI sparked a lot of conversations around this. 3️⃣ Connectivity is the new table stakes The focus has shifted from collecting machine data to putting it to work by connecting equipment signals directly to maintenance execution. Shoutout to our incredible team on the ground all week—and everyone who stopped by, grabbed a duck, and stayed for a demo. See you at the next show. 👋 #Automate2026 #CMMS #ManufacturingMaintenance #IndustrialAI

  • A great conversation at #MLCRethink on what it really takes to scale digital initiatives beyond the pilot phase. Thank you to the Manufacturing Leadership Council team for hosting this discussion, and a special thanks to Graham Gillett from PACCAR for sharing his perspective on the main stage with Nick Haase. Hearing customers talk about the real impact of technology in their operations is always meaningful. Graham brought a practical perspective on how leading manufacturers evaluate new technology, measure impact, and build the internal support needed to scale successfully. We're grateful to be part of the journey and proud to support leaders like Graham and organizations like PACCAR as they continue to raise the bar. 📈

  • “Reliability gains come from execution maturity, not system adoption alone.” In this new piece for Industry Today Media, Chris Turlica, our CEO and co-founder, explores a surprising finding from the 2026 State of Industrial Maintenance report. AI adoption is accelerating. Modern maintenance tools are everywhere. Yet most teams still haven't reduced unplanned downtime. The article digs into why the gap between technology and results often comes down to training, knowledge transfer, planning, and execution—not the tools themselves. • The skilled labor shortage is already reshaping maintenance and reliability teams. In this clip from our 2026 State of Industrial Maintenance webinar, Nick Haase, Co-Founder of MaintainX, discusses why workforce challenges, tribal knowledge loss, and training gaps are becoming some of the biggest barriers to operational performance. For many organizations, the question is no longer whether these challenges will have an impact—it's how prepared they are to respond. 🎥 Watch the webinar replay here: https://bit.ly/4eZalsH 👇 Link to the full report in the comments. #SOIM2026 #IndustrialMaintenance #MaintenanceLeaders #WorkforceChallenges

  • The biggest risk with agentic AI isn't moving too slowly. It's moving too fast. 🏁 In a new Fast Company article, Chris Turlica, our CEO and Co-Founder, explains why manufacturers rushing to deploy AI agents without the right data, processes, and safeguards are setting themselves up for disappointment. The companies that win with agentic AI won't treat it like a switch to flip. They'll treat it like a sequence to build. Chris outlines three critical steps manufacturers should take before putting agents to work. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/ezEKeRdB #AgenticAI #AIinManufacturing #IndustrialAI
