Last week I had the pleasure of attending the inaugural Basis AI user conference in New York City, alongside two of my Kaufman Rossin colleagues Heidi Robbins, CPA and Cindy Daniele Enlightening conversations with professionals at every stage of AI implementation, swapping lessons learned, and hearing firsthand how teams are putting AI to work in practice. What struck me most: no matter where a firm is on the adoption curve, we're all wrestling with the same questions on efficiencies and managing corporate change — and there's real value in learning from each other along the way.
