We recently hosted team members from across Domino's to share stories about projects, challenges and key initiatives that have had a meaningful impact on their careers and our business. 🎤 Through those experiences, we reflected on the mindsets and actions that helped their teams drive meaningful results. Those stories served as the foundation for introducing our new Ways of Working (WoW!), a framework designed to reinforce the behaviors that help us continue striving for excellence. Graduation, Domino's edition. 🎓 Before they purchase or build their own stores, future Domino's franchisees earn a certificate from Franchise Management School (FMS), a comprehensive training program designed to inform, inspire, and prepare driven team members for franchise ownership. Upon completing the program, we celebrate graduates at our World Resource Center, recognizing a significant milestone in their career. This new Detroit-style pizza delivers the demands of today's modern pizza occasion, providing customization without compromise. Now everyone can enjoy their own pizza, their way. Sharing a meal no longer means having to share a pizza. The Domino is shaped just like our iconic logo and cut into two generous slices. It features premium, buttery-flavored pan dough encrusted with real Parmesan, two layers of cheese, customers' choice of sauce and up to three toppings, all finished with a drizzle of Domino's signature garlic seasoning.
