  • We’re excited to welcome Bill Howard to the District Partners team! With 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Bill brings a deep understanding of both talent and client partnership across temporary, contract, and direct-hire search. Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships with organizations across Financial Services, Nonprofit, Hospitality, Law, Commercial Real Estate, and Federal Contracting. Bill’s consultative, relationship-driven approach aligns closely with how we work at District Partners. He believes great recruiting starts with understanding a client’s business, listening carefully to what they need, and delivering solutions that create long-term value, not just filling a position. Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his kids’ swim and basketball teams. He’s also a big fan of firing up the smoker and perfecting whatever is on the menu. His focus on relationships, partnership, and supporting those around him is a natural fit for DP, and we’re thrilled to have Bill’s experience and perspective on the team. Welcome to District Partners, Bill!

  • Excited to welcome Samantha Seiler to the District Partners team! Samantha brings extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition,  but if you ask her, the best part of what she does has always been the people. She genuinely loves building relationships, learning what makes people tick, and helping connect the right person with the right opportunity. That people-first mindset aligns naturally with how we approach our work at District Partners. Samantha values collaboration, supporting those around her, and building relationships rooted in trust...qualities that are incredibly important to our team and the partnerships we create with our clients and candidates. Outside of work, Samantha is a mom to two young boys and enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, working out, and getting out on the golf course whenever she can. We’re thrilled to have Samantha’s experience, energy, and relationship-driven approach at District Partners. Welcome to the team, Samantha!

Second time on the Inc. 5000 list in a short amount of time. District Partners has taken off in ways we never could have imagined when we started. The hardest part of growing this fast is keeping the culture intact, and that's the thing I'd point to before any of the numbers. We have the right core group of people here, and that is not a small thing to be able to say after five years at this pace. We've invested in bringing on people who care whether their clients actually succeed and who want a part in their growth story, and that's what makes us genuine partners in the market instead of just another vendor. Five years ago we offered one vertical: finance and accounting. What the last twelve months alone produced is the part I keep coming back to. Our technology practice has already passed its full-year revenue from last year, and we're only halfway through. Our wealth management practice is setting the standard for how the rest of the firm operates. Both teams are just getting started, and we're bringing the right people in to fuel their growth. Thank you to our clients and to every candidate who has trusted us along the way, and a big thank you to the District Partners team. Congratulations to everyone on this year's list.

  • Genuine question: Why are you paying 2 search firms? One for finance, one for tech, because "nobody good does both." That is a story the specialists tell to keep 2 retainers running. District Partners runs 3 practices under one roof: Technology and AI. Finance and Accounting. Wealth Management. One relationship, one standard, senior and executive talent across all of them. The leaders who move companies forward rarely stay in one lane. Your search firm should not either. What is keeping you from running all 3 through one firm? • Didn't know one firm did all 3 • "Nobody good does both" • Existing relationships • Nothing, just never consolidated

  • 3 things you will never hear from us: "Yes, we can fill that." (when we cannot). We would rather lose the deal than waste your quarter. "We will cast a wide net." A net is what you use when you do not know who you are looking for. "Let me loop in my team." (and then vanish). The person who pitches you is the person who runs it. We are a small firm by choice. The honesty is the product. What is a line a recruiter said to you that you instantly stopped believing? #ExecutiveSearch #Honesty #Hiring #DistrictPartners

  • The most important question in any search firm pitch is the one nobody asks: Who is actually going to run my search? If the answer is "an associate," or a vague "the team," that is your sign. At District Partners, every search is led by a founding partner or senior lead. The name on the door is on your calls and on the hook for the result. That is the line between a search partner and a vendor with a nicer logo. Make every firm you talk to answer it. What is the worst handoff you have had on a search that mattered? #ExecutiveSearch #FounderLed #Hiring #DistrictPartners

  • In wealth management, the resume tells you almost nothing. The book tells you everything, and the best advisors guard theirs like a state secret. The people worth recruiting are not applying anywhere. They are protecting relationships they spent a decade building, and they move only for a firm and a search handled with real discretion. One leaky conversation and the search is dead on arrival. That discretion is the work. It is why our wealth searches stay quiet, and why they close. RIA and wealth leaders: Harder right now, recruiting advisors who bring their book, or keeping the ones you already have? #WealthManagement #RIA #FinancialAdvisors #Hiring #DistrictPartners
