  • We're pleased to introduce Amy Smith, RN, as our new Director of Nursing at Jamestowne Inpatient & Outpatient Therapy in Hamilton, Ohio. Amy brings more than a decade of nursing leadership to our Jamestowne family with a career built around clinical excellence, compliance, infection control and compassionate care for the people she serves. Her background spans Director of Nursing, Nurse Supervisor, and Quality Assurance/Infection Prevention roles across skilled nursing and post-acute care settings.   Amy's leadership reflects the trusted, quality nursing care our patients and their families have come to expect. Welcome to the team, Amy!

  • What does it mean to build a stronger community? Ask someone who's quietly been doing just that for 20-plus years. Judy Guidugli, our 2026 Addie Cullen Mission Award recipient, has spent her career at Community First Solutions making the lives of the people we serve — and the community we all share — better. In her own words, Judy reflects on what it means to work somewhere your impact truly echoes through generations. #EmployeeSpotlight #CommunityImpact #SeniorLivingCareers

  • At Community First Solutions, our mission comes to life in moments of connection, belonging, laughter and joy. These moments remind us of the importance of embracing opportunities to celebrate the present and experience purpose at every stage of life. That's exactly what happened during a recent afternoon adventure with residents of our Berkeley Square memory care community.   Every smile, every dance and every conversation served as a reminder that senior living extends beyond providing quality care; it's also about enriching lives. We are grateful for the many compassionate team members and volunteers who make moments like these possible. Special thanks to Selfie Society in Hamilton, OH, for welcoming us so warmly; Stacie Stitsinger for facilitating this opportunity; and Megan Deaton, CFS Memory Care Manager, for bringing our residents together. Senior care truly is more than a job; it's an opportunity to bring compassion and meaning to the lives of others every day. If you are looking for a career where your work truly matters, we would love to connect. ❤️ Join a team committed to helping others live connected, joyful lives at https://teamcfs.org/

  • More than 100 years ago, our mission began with a selfless act of generosity when Addie Cullen donated her Dayton Street home to serve older adults in need. Yesterday, we saw that same spirit honored in Judy Guidugli, Concierge at Westover in Hamilton. Described as someone who "builds meaningful relationships with residents, taking the time to truly know them, their preferences, their families and their stories," Judy was named our 2026 Addie Cullen Mission Award recipient at a ceremony celebrating her uplifting impact. As those who nominated her for the award shared, "Judy creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Westover feel like home." Congratulations and thank you, Judy!

  • In senior living, home design isn’t just about aesthetics; it can directly influence well-being. Spacious residences support personalization, comfort and ease of mobility. Natural light boosts mood. Well‑planned community amenities, like inviting gathering spaces, make staying socially connected easier. Thoughtfully designed independent living homes, such as those in our Berkeley Square and Westover communities in Hamilton, OH, can play a powerful role in how we age. What's one feature that makes a house truly feel like home for you?

  • Music has a unique way of reaching the brain. Even as memory fades, the pathways tied to rhythm and song often remain intact, allowing familiar tunes to unlock emotions, ease anxiety and connect with residents in ways words sometimes can't. Across our Community First Solutions memory care communities, our TouchPoint Sensory™ approach taps into the power of music to spark connection and moments of genuine joy with our residents. Watch how it comes to life in this video moment.
