    As an Entrepreneur, Founder or CEO you know how hard it is to reach your first $10M in ARR and then $100M in ARR — and hopefully reaching $1B in ARR which is the absolute gold standard, even in the AI era. I am so proud of working for Salesforce and we reached an incredible milestone to close last year with $41.5B in annual revenues. $41.5B in actual revenues and not just ARR. Commerce & Retail played an important part in reaching this milestone! Congrats to the entire Agentforce Commerce team for closing out an amazing year with so many wins across — B2C, B2B, OMS, and POS products! Retail brands like SharkNinja, Pandora, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. are leading the Agentic way with a modern Shopper Agent on their websites. We're officially in the era of the Agentic Enterprise. We’ve consumed nearly 20 trillion tokens, and converted them into more than 2.4 billion agentic work units to date, moments where AI wasn’t just reasoning — it was delivering real work, like autonomously processing returns and resolving complex customer issues.

    We just closed FY26, the biggest year in Salesforce history. 🚀 • $41.5B revenue (+10% Y/Y) • 34.1% Non-GAAP (+110 bps Y/Y) and 20.1% GAAP operating margin • $15B operating cash flow (+15% Y/Y) • FY27 guidance: $46.2B revenue Every AI agent needs somewhere to land. The data, the business rules, the conversational layer for humans and agents. That’s Salesforce. We completely rebuilt our platform around four systems: context (Data 360), work (Customer 360), agency (Agentforce), and engagement (Slack). Together, they convert raw AI intelligence into real work. In the 15 months since launch, we’ve closed 29,000 Agentforce deals, up 50% quarter over quarter. Agentforce ARR reached approximately $800M, up 169% year over year. $2.9B+ Data 360 and AI ARR, up 200%. No company is delivering more agentic work than Salesforce.
