For too long, cloud migration has been treated like a finish line. You migrate. The vendor leaves. And suddenly you're on your own for modernization, AI readiness, and ongoing operations — stitching together new partners for every next step. We built ClearScale ONE to change that. One partner. One program. Every phase of your AWS journey under one agreement. → Migrate — VMware exits, data center migrations, Azure and GCP moves → Manage — 24×7 operations, security, and AI-enabled infrastructure → Modernize — cloud-native development, DevOps, and application modernization → Innovate — GenAI assessments, custom AI agents, Field CTO advisory Every engagement starts with a no-cost assessment. AWS funding programs like MAP may help offset eligible migration costs — and we manage that process for you. The migration is just the starting line. Most AWS migrations stall in the same places, and it's rarely the technology. It's the skills gap your team hits at go-live. It's the financial exposure from committing to Reserved Instances before workloads stabilize. It's the handoff no one owns. We built Migration Superpod to fix the accountability problem. Now we're closing the rest. Two new partners join the Superpod: - Clearscale Cloud Academy, powered by Pluralsight: AWS training built into the engagement itself. Role-based learning paths, labs, and skills assessments so your team is ready to own day-2 operations before the project closes. - Archera: Commitment insurance that removes the financial risk from AWS purchasing. Commit from day one, capture full savings, and eliminate underutilization exposure. Enterprise migrations fail for a lot of reasons. Running out of skilled people to operate what was built shouldn't be one of them. Neither should leaving AWS discounts on the table because the timing felt risky. The Superpod now covers the whole journey. Read the full announcement below. https://lnkd.in/g5SFmQHG Pluralsight Archera #AWS #AWSMigration #AWSPartner #FinOps #CloudTraining

(Part 2) You’ve gathered your stakeholders and owners of each business unit. They’ve laid out the top business problems they’d want solved if they could snap their fingers and make it happen. Now you have your whiteboard full of business problems. How do you decide where to start? In Part 2 of this clip from our recent webinar, Eric Miller continues walking through a straightforward framework for choosing the right AI use cases to solve real business problems, a process any team can use. Once you’ve gathered business problems, every use case gets scored across 3 dimensions: 1) Business value: How much will solving this actually move the needle? 2) Technical feasibility: How well does this problem fit the technology we're considering? 3) Level of effort: How long will it take and what will it cost to build? You're looking for the trifecta: high business value, high technical feasibility, and low effort. Those rise to the top of the list almost immediately, and give you a clear, defensible starting point that everyone in the room helped build. What's powerful about this is that it's not just an IT exercise. Because business leaders were part of the process, the roadmap that comes out of it already has buy-in across the organization. Revisit our previous post for Part 1 of this framework in action, or watch the full webinar recording to see us run through this live with real business examples: https://lnkd.in/g6xRu9Xm #GenAI #AI #AWS #AIStrategy #DigitalTransformation

(Part 1) Most AI strategy conversations start with the wrong question. "What can we use AI for?" feels like a logical place to start. But it almost always leads teams to look for problems to fit their solution, rather than the other way around. In our webinar last week, our CTO Eric Miller shared a framework that flips that process on its head, and the results are pretty eye-opening. It starts by getting the right people in the room. Not just engineers or solutions architects, but business unit leaders who own outcomes that actually move the company forward. Then, instead of asking what would be a good AI use case, you ask something much simpler: if you had three wishes (sky’s the limit), what business problems would you solve? That one shift changes everything. People stop filtering their answers through what they think AI can do, and start talking about what actually matters to the business. Sales, operations, finance, IT: everyone brings their biggest challenges to the whiteboard, and suddenly you have a real picture of where technology can make a difference. This is part 1 of Eric walking through a framework for how companies can choose the right AI use cases that will actually move their business forward (part 2 coming soon). You can catch the full conversation where Eric and Jimmy Chui , our Chief Customer Officer, walk through real customer business problems and how we use this framework to determine if AI is the right fit, in our recent webinar. Nearly 30% of cloud spend is wasted. That’s not because of bad tools. It’s because of strategies that never caught up to the environments they were meant to support. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Most organizations aren't over-clouded. They're under-optimized. This article talks about why the cloud conversation in 2026 is less about adoption and more about getting real value from what you've already built, including how AI is changing the cost equation and what hybrid infrastructure should look like going forward. It’s worth a read if you're ready to see real results from what you've already built. https://lnkd.in/grk6DGWd

What if the fastest way to win with AI was to stop trying to make it work for everything? Companies are feeling the pressure to “do something with AI.” So teams start brainstorming. Maybe they look at how peers have adopted it. Maybe they research the latest AI solutions and see how they can make them fit their business. But the problem is, AI isn’t the solution to every business problem, and when it’s forced into the wrong places, projects stall, budgets grow, and leadership loses confidence in AI altogether. Businesses shouldn’t focus on adopting AI. They should focus on solving their business problems and seeing which of those problems AI is the answer to. We’re hosting a live discussion where our CTO, Eric Miller, and Chief Customer Officer, Jimmy Chui, will share real business challenges they’ve heard from customers and walk through a proven framework for identifying which are good use cases for AI, aligning them to your business goals, and creating a clear, prioritized AI roadmap your whole team can get behind. If you’re trying to figure out where AI truly fits in your strategy, this is for you. #GenAI #AI #AWS #AIStrategy #DigitalTransformation

Our March edition of The Clear Signal is out, and it’s a good one. This month, we’ve been focused on one thing: helping customers get real results on AWS… faster. That’s showing up in many ways, from launching new programs that speed up and simplify complex AWS migrations to helping teams finally move GenAI from loose ideas to production-ready solutions in days. A few things we’re especially excited about: → A new approach to enterprise migrations designed to remove roadblocks → Focused efforts on helping customers modernize databases and reduce legacy costs → Hands-on GenAI workshops that turn ideas into real, actionable plans → Some great customer wins and a team spotlight we’re proud to celebrate If you’re building on AWS or thinking about what’s next, there’s something in here for you. 👇 Check out the March edition #AWS #Cloud #AI #Modernization #Clearscale

If you’re an IT leader, you know the headaches that come with big, complex AWS migrations: - Dealing with multiple vendors - Never knowing who’s accountable - “The Double Bubble” - Delayed timelines That’s exactly why we launched Migration Superpod. This unified delivery model brings together discovery, funding, landing zone, migration, and post-go-live support into a single, focused effort to eliminate vendor sprawl and cut through cloud chaos. What that means for enterprise leaders: - One clear, accountable team from assessment through optimization and operations - Funding strategies aligned to avoid “The Double Bubble” - Production-ready AWS environments from day one - A seamless bridge to stability after migration Our CEO, Matthew Stoyka, said it best: “For enterprises to efficiently and effectively migrate, you don't just need a generalist; you need specific, deep expertise at every stage of the journey. Traditionally, accessing that level of talent meant stitching together a patchwork of different providers… The Migration Superpod unifies these critical capabilities into one focused workflow.” This is about giving IT leaders something they rarely get during migration: Clarity, confidence, and one trusted team that owns the outcome.
