Why do so many great plans never see the light of day? Across Asia, we help bridge the gap between C-suite vision and execution in the field, delivering practical, bankable infrastructure investment roadmaps. That connection between finance, planning and delivery is driving growth in our Infrastructure Advisory business across ASEAN, helping clients respond to today's fuel import challenges while strengthening long-term energy security. Consider the region's agricultural and municipal waste streams. Could they become untapped domestic energy resources? Turning that vision into reality requires commercially and technically sound projects that can attract investment and move from concept to construction. We're helping clients unlock Indonesia's biomass potential, repurpose coal plants into new energy assets, and develop bankable pathways for hybrid renewables, carbon capture and other energy solutions. For infrastructure asset operators, data is everywhere, but trusted answers remain rare. Introducing BVInfraIQ, our new digital platform that bridges the gap between systems' data and the optimizations that help operators sleep easy at night. When operators need guidance, waiting days for analysis and follow-up slows critical decisions, costing time, efficiency and profit. BVInfraIQ quickly delivers actionable recommendations grounded in Black & Veatch engineering knowledge and deep, system-level asset expertise. Learn how BVInfraIQ is helping #infrastructure owners get more value from their data.

Check out Ayon Banerjee's perspective on the opportunities and challenges shaping Southeast Asia's #EnergyFuture ahead of Enlit Asia 2026.
Ahead of Enlit Asia , I share three themes in this article that I expect will drive discussion among industry leaders in Jakarta and why early planning and risk management matter more than ever. Through Black & Veatch's work across the region, we've seen how rising demand, supply chain constraints and the evolution of the #energytransition are creating new challenges for project development and delivery. Some of the most important infrastructure decisions being made in #SoutheastAsia today will shape the region's energy future for decades. Click to read full article. Excited to join leaders from across Missouri and Kansas at Union Station this morning to celebrate a transformational milestone for our region: the selection of the UMKC-led Critical Materials Crossroads Engine for up to $160 million in National Science Foundation funding. This investment positions Greater Kansas City to become a national hub for critical materials innovation, commercialization and workforce development while strengthening America's economic resilience and national security. Black & Veatch has been a proud supporter of this initiative since its proposal stage, and we look forward to continuing to contribute our experience in critical human infrastructure as the vision takes shape. A consistent theme this morning was the degree of collaboration required between universities, government, industries, entrepreneurs and workforce development to create new platforms for resiliency, security and growth with these critical materials for our health, energy, transportation and wellbeing. Congratulations to University of Missouri-Kansas City, the NSF Critical Materials Crossroads Engine in the Kansas City Region team and the hundreds of partners who helped make this achievement possible. Kansas City continues to demonstrate the power of collaboration and a willingness to think boldly about the future. #KansasCity #Innovation #CriticalMaterials #HumanCriticalInfrastructure #AdvancedManufacturing #WorkforceDevelopment

Big #investment does not always mean big spend. Sometimes the biggest gains come from seeing existing assets more clearly, understanding where risk and value are concentrated, and making informed decisions about where to act first. In our latest perspective, we explore how operators can connect asset integrity, #operations, digital systems, #cybersecurity and capital planning to unlock more value across the asset lifecycle. http://ms.spr.ly/6042azSC4
