LinkedIn gave every company a little square for a logo. We made ours weirdly bright. The logo on our company page is an HDR image. On phones and monitors that support HDR, the white part gets much brighter than it would in a standard image. We liked it enough to build a free tool so you can do the same: https://lnkd.in/g3xD5mEc Go flashbang your LinkedIn network. Generated with Codex

Mistral 🥖 tracking is live in AthenaHQ 🏛️ Le Chat (now Mistral AI Chat) has become the assistant of choice for millions of people across Europe. If your buyers ask it questions, you should know what it says about your brand. Starting today you can track Mistral alongside ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and the rest of your models, bringing AthenaHQ coverage to 11 AI platforms. From day one you get: - Share of voice, mentions, and sentiment for Mistral across every dashboard - Citations, so you can see which sources shape its answers - Competitor comparisons on the prompts you already track Enable it from the Run prompts dialog and your next scheduled run will include it. If Europe matters to your brand, make sure to turn this one on now.

"It's basically like this black box." That's how Alex Nelson , Director of Digital Product at Cozy Earth , described AI search before working with us. You could run a query yourself, guess where ChatGPT was pulling a few things from, and hope. We asked him what he can do now that he couldn't before. His answer wasn't about a dashboard. It was about seeing which sources every model actually cites, and what to do about it. Some of that went to Cozy Earth's PR team: the editorials and roundups worth chasing, including ones that cost less than the obvious buy but rank higher on the LLM side. Some of it was theirs to publish. As Alex put it, "different pieces of content that we could be putting out that we weren't before." All of it was invisible to them a year ago. People can't remove Meta AI from WhatsApp. You can't remove what it says about your brand either. It's the assistant wired into Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. It sits in the search bar of each of those apps, joins group chats, and answers "which one should I buy" for people who never open a browser. For marketing teams it has been a blind spot: no rankings to check, no referral traffic to trace, nothing to audit. AthenaHQ now tracks it. All the data for Meta AI sit alongside the rest of your AI search coverage, so you can see how it positions you against competitors and which sources it leans on when it answers. That brings our coverage to 10 answer engines. A brand that leads on ChatGPT can be nowhere on Meta AI, and you only find out by looking. The gateway to your brand is increasingly an AI answer. One of the biggest ones just stopped being invisible.

What does good AI visibility actually look like? AthenaHQ tracks how B2B SaaS brands show up in AI-generated answers. They shared a glimpse into their data — covering 1,259 actively tracked brands and more than 4.3 million AI responses — and here’s what stood out: 📊 The gap between top and bottom performers is 11x. 🔎 Most brands have no real idea where they stand, and AI visibility is concentrating fast among the ones that do. A few other findings: • A brand winning on ChatGPT could be nearly invisible on Perplexity • 44% of brands appear in AI answers less than 10% of the time • The number-one source AI systems cited in AthenaHQ’s data is Reddit — not brand websites Where does your brand stand? AI visibility is wildly concentrated: 1% of brands take 30% of all mentions in AI answers. According to our research, AI answers produced 7.74 million brand mentions across 14,487 tracked names in the last 30 days. The top 144 names alone captured 2.3 million of those mentions. Widen the lens to the top 10%, and the concentration gets harder to ignore: they hold 75% of all mentions in the dataset. Meanwhile, the median brand appeared just 65 times in a month. The leaders appeared tens of thousands of times. That gap changes how teams should think about AI visibility. This is not a market where every brand gets a similar share and incremental optimization moves everyone up one rung. It looks much more like a power law. A small group sits on the steep end of the curve, while most brands compete across a long tail with limited exposure. The practical question is not whether your brand appears somewhere. It is whether it shows up consistently enough, across the topics and platforms that matter, to move out of the long tail. A single mention confirms presence. It does not mean you own meaningful visibility. AI visibility is a power law, and the middle is much smaller than it looks.

Google AI Overviews is 15x more likely than Copilot to cite social and community content today. According to our research, social and community sites account for 6.6% of citations across AI-generated answers overall. That number barely moved from the previous 30-day period. But the average hides the real story. Across 42.5 million citations in the last 30 days, Google AI Overviews cited social and community sources 12.5% of the time. AI Mode was close behind at 10.8%. ChatGPT came in at 3.4%. Claude at 2.2%. Copilot at 0.8%. That is a 15x spread between the most and least community-driven platforms we studied. So the common advice to “post on Reddit” is not really an AI search strategy. It is much closer to a Google AI strategy. If your buyers rely on Google AI Overviews or AI Mode, community visibility deserves real investment. If they rely on ChatGPT or Copilot, classic authority content still appears to carry more of the answer. Same content ecosystem. Very different source preferences. AI search does not have one content playbook. The platform is the strategy.
