What is happening at the Hay Creek Interceptor project site? Quite a lot! Pictured here: 1. The manhole is in place 2. The Interceptor is running across Rosser Avenue  3. The street is waiting for concrete for the curb and gutter This sanitary sewer project goes from Rosser Avenue to north of Divide Avenue, following Hay Creek. Conditions are wet due to the creek and the weather, but progress is being made!
