We’re proud to have played a small role in this transformational $4 billion project alongside Purdue University, SK hynix, the State of Indiana, and the City of West Lafayette. Our team provided traffic and transportation consulting to help plan the roadway infrastructure surrounding the site. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life!
A historic day for the State of Indiana, Purdue University, City of West Lafayette, and American semiconductor manufacturing. Purdue University and SK hynix broke ground yesterday on a new $4 billion semiconductor packaging plant and R&D facility in West Lafayette that will create 7,000 jobs and position Indiana as a major hub for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The focus is on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), powering the next generation of AI and high-performance computing. Glad to have our team at American Structurepoint play a small role as the traffic / transportation consultant on this mega project with the planning of the roadway infrastructure needs surrounding the site. Thank you Purdue Research Foundation and Purdue University for the invite to this historic groundbreaking!
