We’re proud to partner with the James River Association to help protect the James River and connect more people to one of Virginia’s most valued natural resources. James River Association’s work spans river monitoring, watershed restoration, advocacy, environmental education and community conservation. Through these efforts, the organization is helping improve river health while creating more opportunities for communities to experience and care for the James River. Together, we’re supporting work that helps ensure the James River can be enjoyed and protected for generations to come. #CommunityImpact #JamesRiverAssociation

For Ric Johnson, service is about contributing to something bigger than yourself and appreciating the freedoms made possible through the sacrifices of others. A U.S. Navy veteran, Ric spent eight years serving in the Supply Corps, supporting operations around the world. The experience reinforced values that continue to shape his approach to leadership, teamwork and service in his role as Senior Market Manager here at Altria. We're proud to celebrate veterans like Ric whose dedication to service continues to shape the way they lead and support others. #Veterans #MilitaryService #Leadership #Altria #ProudToServe

250 years. Countless communities. As America marks its 250th anniversary, we're reflecting on the people, partnerships and industries that have helped shape our nation's story. For generations, Philip Morris USA has been connected to American agriculture through relationships with U.S. tobacco growers and the communities that support them. Those connections represent decades of hard work, stewardship and investment in the people and places that help keep American agriculture strong. This milestone is an opportunity to recognize the growers, community partners and local communities whose contributions have helped shape a shared history and continue to support opportunities for future generations. As we celebrate America's past, we're grateful for the people and communities that continue to help build its future.

Helping adults who smoke move away from cigarettes remains one of the greatest opportunities to reduce tobacco-related disease. A recent JAMA article adds to a growing body of evidence recognizing the role smoke-free alternatives can play in that effort. Yet for the millions of adults seeking better alternatives to smoking, scientific progress alone is not enough. To fully realize the potential public health benefits of smoke-free products, adults need access to FDA-authorized alternatives through a well-functioning regulated marketplace. As evidence continues to evolve, so too should the regulatory pathways that allow science-backed innovation to reach the people who may benefit from it. Making an impact starts with showing up. For John B., giving back has been a lifelong commitment. From volunteering alongside his family at a local church food bank growing up to supporting community initiatives today, he's long believed in the power of lending a helping hand. At Altria, John has found new ways to put that belief into action by joining colleagues in volunteer projects, food drives and other efforts that support communities in need. Along the way, he's witnessed how much can be accomplished when people come together around a shared purpose. We're proud to support employees like John who dedicate their time and energy to strengthening the communities where we live and work. #AltriaCommunityImpact

Preventing underage use of tobacco and nicotine products is a responsibility we take seriously. We advanced Tobacco 21 adoption by advocating for state alignment with the federal age-of-purchase standard, contributing to state-level expansion and covering approximately 92% of the U.S. population by 2025, strengthening protections against underage access. Today, 44 states plus Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. have enacted Tobacco 21 laws, up from 39 states plus Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. in 2021. Our goal is to lead the industry in preventing underage use of products intended for adults 21 and over. Read more in our 2025 Corporate Responsibility Progress Report: https://ow.ly/aUyc50ZwoQf

We're proud to share that Altria's Law Department was recognized as the Statewide Award Winner in the Corporate Legal Department division of the Virginia Legal Food Frenzy, a statewide effort supporting hunger relief across Virginia. The recognition reflects the team's dedication to giving back and helping strengthen the communities we call home. Whether through fundraising, volunteering or lending support where it's needed most, our employees continue to demonstrate the power of service in action. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this year's effort.
