This is the classical scenario for most of the organizations who have multiple stack holders. To remove the conflicts the best way is: 1. List down all the items that are requested 2. Discussions for each of the item and the value it brings 3. Prioritize the items with the values and things require first 4. Plan the items for delivery so that everyone is aware about the availability of features 5. Development to be carried out This way most of the conflicts can get resolved. And stakeholders can also get satisfaction for the planning of each of the items.

To handle conflicting priorities, I: >Align on Goals 🎯: Ensure all stakeholders agree on the app's purpose. >Prioritize by Impact 🚀: Use frameworks like RICE to rank features objectively. >Empathize 🤝: Listen to uncover underlying needs and potential compromises. >Test and Validate 📱: Use prototypes or MVPs to gather user feedback. >Communicate Clearly 🗨️: Explain trade-offs and timelines transparently. Collaboration and focus on the app’s vision help satisfy stakeholders while balancing priorities effectively.

As an iOS developer, I collaborate with stakeholders to align feature requests with user needs and business goals, ensuring to deliver a solution that satisfies both. It's all about finding the sweet spot between innovation and practicality. In short stakeholders are aligned on users needs and business goals, so this is the point to make them agree with sense making arguments!

Focus on the features that bring the most value to users and the business. Clearly explain what can be done now and what needs to wait. Keep everyone updated and use feedback to make better decisions.

One thing I’ve found helpful is to employ user testing. It takes the decision out of the hands of stakeholders and into the hands of the users with actual data that can be acted upon.
