It is frustrating when sudden project deadline changes disrupt our workflow. However, we need to be prepared for further changes and maintain a flexible mindset to adjust our plans accordingly: -Revise my schedule to accommodate the new deadlines, -I Inform my team, sales Dept, and team manager about the changes and my plan to meet the new deadline, -Talk to colleagues, supervisors, or friends for support and guidance, After the project is complete, reflect on what worked well and what could be improved for future deadline changes.

Sudden project deadline changes are to be expected during the lifecycle of a project. We prepare for sudden changes to the deadline, not in the sense of knowing that it is going to happen but in preparation that if it happens, we will be ready. Furthermore, this is why we use the Agile methodology, in SAP projects, we call it the Activate Methodology as these methods mitigate and helps us stay inline with the project deadline set.

One thing I have learned through projects is that there's nothing going to stop unexpectedly changes in work flow. Adapt to the changes by keeping calm looking at all the interruptions and working through it not making more of an issue not interrupting budgets but relying on who you have working on the project already is key to the success of the duration. Working and communicating the work load with updates will make the day and the project from start to finish run smoothly.
