Wolven Steel Sword
The Wolven Steel Sword is a Steel Weapon that is also a piece of Witcher Gear. This particular weapon's diagram can be obtained from the DLC Side Quest: Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear, along with the diagram for the Wolven Armor, and Wolven Silver Sword.

How to Find the Wolven Steel Sword
The simplest form of the Wolven Steel Sword can be found in Bastion, to the west of Kaer Morhen.
Enter the fortress ruins through the right-hand door (approaching from the east) and retrieve the diagram from the burned-out rubble directly ahead of you. Note, there may be some wraiths about if you haven't completed the side quest The Bastion.
