Ursine Steel Sword
The Ursine Steel Sword is a Steel Weapon that is also a piece of Witcher Gear. This particular weapon's diagram can be obtained from the Side Quest: Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear, along with the diagram for the Ursine Armor, Ursine Crossbow, and Ursine Silver Sword.

How to Find the Ursine Steel Sword
Southeast of the town Fyresdal is a ruined Inn along the coast with some enemies around level 20.
Head to the collapsed building up the stairs and go down inside. Hook around and go into the room to find the chest containing the Steel Sword diagram.
