The Enhanced Wolven Boots is a Medium Boots Armor that is also a piece of upgraded Witcher Gear. This particular weapon's diagram can be obtained from the Side Quest Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Part 1, along with the diagram for the Enhanced Wolven Silver Sword and Enhanced Wolven Armor. To craft it, you will also need the basic Wolven Boots.

How to Find the Enhanced Wolven Boots
After arriving at the Grotto fast-travel point in N/E Velen, head into the cave. Once inside, follow either the right or left path around to the back of the large stone column ahead of you to find the chest with the diagram inside.
