Description

I did this out of unconditional fun and kindness. Mind you that while this one has been sized down, the other is VERY large. It depicts a friend of mine, Dracon, surfing the solar wave past a promising planet in order to seek someone while doing his dilemmas in the dragon universe. Feel free to comment, elaborate critique, etc.

I hope you don't mind man! Think of it like a friendly tribute for being awesome to the pinnacle!

Bonus Info:

*Can you guess correctly who that dragon in the stars is?

*THIS artwork is what I consider to be a half-year belated birthday present to him for the 28th age. Ugh, man am I so disoriented with time... :P

EDIT: The image has been replaced and is now much larger! Feel free to download this huge behemoth!

I managed to go way past the said deviation limit (< or equal to 30 MB) by 20 MB (50+ MB for the file)...

This is really amazing. The first thing I noticed were all the details and swirls of stars and beauty you put into making the outer space background. Dracon has a nice pose and I like the way the highlights around him distinguish him from the wave, even though he's the same color scheme. I also love how the dragon in the stars is coming out of the sun shining on the planet; it makes for a nice effect, as is the bright star for its eye. The whirlpool with its little spire topped by a flower adds a nice touch which is a nice accent for the viewer. It takes up what would be empty space in the left background. All in all, great job on detail and the overall concept.
