Change.org Foundation by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Site, as well as any all elements contained therein and its subdomains (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, combination of logos, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Change.org Foundation or its licensors.

By virtue of the provisions contained in the Intellectual Property regulations, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Change.org Foundation are expressly prohibited.
