Color over function is equal to space over emotion

The premise of this series based on the title, is the analytical synopsis of Color, Function, Space and Emotion. How are they in relation to each other? How do they communicate with each other? Whenever you think of symbology in terms of color, for example, if someone tells you to close your eyes and imagine a stop sign, although universally it is red, what color do you FEEL emotionally at that particular space. Is the color of it equal/appropriate for the function of the environment?

Inside the Studio...

My Story

Although born and raised in Houston, TX, artist Courtney Adams has never limited himself as an artist by expanding his artistic vision with influences stemming from all parts of the world. During his time period in college at the Atlanta College of Art (now renamed SCAD Atlanta in Atlanta,GA) he developed his own style in which he copyrighted with the Library of Congress called ” Cubo-Expressionistic Primitivism”
