You'll need to activate, use and manage your account in the Barclays or Barclaycard app.* To get the app, you'll need a compatible device and internet access. Go to your usual app store to check if your device is compatible.
Once you're set up you can also manage some parts of your account, including your statements and Amazon Rewards, in Barclays Online Banking on your laptop or desktop PC.⁴ Barclaycard will send you an email with your Barclays Online Banking membership number and more information once your application has been approved.
The Amazon Barclaycard is a Visa credit card. This means you can use it for your everyday spending, as well as your Amazon spending, and then you settle your bill later. The rewards you earn on this product can only be redeemed as Amazon Gift Cards which are applied to your Amazon.co.uk account on request. If this doesn't sound right for you, there may be other lending options available which better suit your needs including
Instalments by Barclays.
