    Hi @rubenecho

Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin and for opening the thread.

While checking your website, I noticed that you are using an older version of the Yoast SEO plugin, version 26.8. First, can you please update the plugin to the latest version, which is 27.0?

If the issue persists after updating Yoast SEO plugin to 27.0, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme, like the default (Twenty Twenty-Five) or classic (Twenty Twenty-One) theme.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.

Can you please inform us of the results, so we can help you figure out what the problem is?

    Hi there,

I have now updated the plugin and am asking my colleague to check if it’s working on their side.
In the meantime, I want to clarify that this is only happening with his computer and not with mine, so I don’t think it’s a version issue or an issue with compatibility.

I will let you know if the update fixed this or what other options we have to explore

    Kind Regards
    Ruben

If your site uses a cache plugin or service, like Cloudflare, please clear the site and server caches. The plugin or service’s support team and your web host can help you clear the cache from these services. After removing the other caches on your site, please use this guide — https://yoa.st/3ve — to clear your browser cache.

    Hi there,

I have cleared our server cachce and cloudflare cache as well and my colleague will clear its browser cache to see if that helps with the issue.

I will update you once I know more about it

    Kind Regards
