Line breaks in request

We’ve noticed that when adding a request, line breaks are lost. When writing two or three paragraphs, everything ends up being displayed as a single paragraph.

We’d like to use the plugin so users can request improvements and new features for our tool, and preserving line breaks would be very helpful for making requests, especially longer ones, easier to read.
