Inset box with multiple elements

I’m a beginner, fyi. I’m converting a book I wrote (a middle-school English textbook) into a website using the Jetpack app on iPad (I’m traveling without a laptop, so developing this site with my iPad. The book has inset boxes with things like definitions and clarifications for the students. Usually it’s just text, and I figured out how to use the media and text box to make those. But sometimes I add a graphic and image in the inset box (see the picture) and I can’t figure out how to do that. Can anyone point me to a tutorial or suggest a technique to do this?
