    Hi @pheeqmpact360,

I’m sorry to hear you’re seeing that message; it indicates that WordPress has encountered a critical PHP error and has stopped loading to protect the site.

Did you receive a “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” email?

If you received that email, click on the recovery link inside it to open the site in recovery mode.

Please let me know if this helps.

    Cheers,

    Jim

You may also try the following steps:

    1. Access your site’s files via hosting File Manager or FTP.
    2. Go to /wp-content/
    3. Rename the plugins folder to plugins-old

This will deactivate all plugins simultaneously. Reload the site, and if it loads, try activating them one by one until you find the plugin causing the problems.

If you are unsure how to do this, contact your hosting provider. They will help you fix the issue.

    Cheers,

    Jim

The previous advice will solve a plugin issue, but errors like this aren’t always plugin problems.

If you didn’t receive the email mentioned, you can use this article to help you turn on debugging which should provide information about the error. That might also be a more straightforward way of getting to the issue.

If you can get and share the error message, someone may be able to help from therer
