I am currently working for a a gym and I would like to update the website. when logging into my portal i notice that i cannot make changes as it currently says i do not have a site at the moment.

Because WordPress security is based on strict user roles, the dashboard will display a “no site” message if you are logged into a personal or secondary account instead of the one used to purchase the domain and hosting.
