You don't need to violate the TOS for them to arbitrarily reduce the volume of cached items. When this happen the host/cloud service behind CloudFlare will have to serve the content on their bandwidth and most probably charge for it. As a result it is safe to say that CloudFlare does provide free DNS service but be carful with the cache rate drops. | |
