Nov 27, 2021 at 13:57 comment added RafaSashi @BlueRaja-DannyPflughoeft because the question is biased since it implies CloudFlare provides "Free Unlimited bandwidth" and we know by experience it is not true. You don't need to violate the TOS for them to arbitrarily reduce the volume of cached items. When this happen the host/cloud service behind CloudFlare will have to serve the content on their bandwidth and most probably charge for it. As a result it is safe to say that CloudFlare does provide free DNS service but be carful with the cache rate drops.
