Eurogamer.net was founded in September 1999 and has been covering video games ever since. The site began life with a PC focus and a keen interest in the competitive FPS scene of the time, but over the years it has grown to cover every aspect of gaming - PC, console, indie, board games and anything else that the team and the site's readers find interesting.

Editor-in-chief
Martin is Eurogamer's editor-in-chief. He has a Gradius 2 arcade board and likes to play racing games with special boots and gloves on.
Wesley Yin-Poole
Deputy Editorial Director
Wesley is deputy editorial director of ReedPop. He likes news, interviews, and more news. He also likes Street Fighter more than anyone can get him to shut up about it.
Tom Phillips
Deputy Editor
Tom is Eurogamer's deputy editor. He writes lots of news, some of the puns and makes sure we put the accent on Pokémon.
Robert Purchese
Senior Staff Writer
Bertie is a long-time writer and now podcaster for Eurogamer. He loves telling a story and listening to them.
Matthew Reynolds
Managing Editor
Matthew edits guides and other helpful things at Eurogamer.net. When not doing that, he's out and about playing Pokémon Go or continuing to amass his amiibo collection.
Christian Donlan
Features Editor
Christian Donlan is a features editor for Eurogamer. He is the author of The Unmapped Mind, published as The Inward Empire in the US.
Chris Tapsell
Reviews Editor
Chris Tapsell is Eurogamer's Reviews Editor and most decorated Football Manager. He used to write guides, and will send you links to his favourite spreadsheets if you ask him about League of Legends or competitive Pokémon.
Lottie Lynn
Guides Editor
Lottie Lynn is Eurogamer's Guides Editor. She likes exploring new games and still has nightmares about the moon from Majora's Mask.
Matt Wales
Reporter
Matt Wales is a writer and gambolling summer child who won't even pretend to live a busily impressive life of dynamic go-getting for the purposes of this bio. He is the sole and founding member of the Birdo for President of Everything Society.
Ed Nightingale
News reporter
Ed is Reporter at Eurogamer, with an interest in streaming, people and communities, and giving a voice to marginalised people.
Victoria Kennedy
News reporter
Victoria developed a deep love for video games since watching her brothers barrel their way through Goldeneye 007. She will unashamedly spout forth all sorts of niche Zelda lore to anyone who will listen (and even at times to those who won’t), and makes the best pancakes you have ever seen.
Richard Leadbetter
Technology Editor, Digital Foundry
Rich has been a games journalist since the days of 16-bit and specialises in technical analysis. He's commonly known around Eurogamer as the Blacksmith of the Future.
John Linneman
Senior Staff Writer, Digital Foundry
An American living in Germany, John has been gaming and collecting games since the late 80s. His keen eye for and obsession with high frame-rates have earned him the nickname "The Human FRAPS" in some circles. He’s also responsible for the creation of DF Retro.
Thomas Morgan
Senior Staff Writer, Digital Foundry
32-bit era nostalgic and gadget enthusiast Tom has been writing for Eurogamer and Digital Foundry since 2011. His favourite games include Gitaroo Man, F-Zero GX and StarCraft 2.
Will Judd
Deputy Editor, Digital Foundry
A bizarre British-American hybrid, Will turns caffeine into technology articles through a little-known process called 'writing'. His favourite games are Counter-Strike, StarCraft and Fallout 2. Will also tweets the latest tech deals at @DigitalFoundry.
Alex Battaglia
Video Producer, Digital Foundry
Ray-tracing radical, Turok technophile, Crysis cultist and motion-blur menace. When not doing Digital Foundry things, he can be found strolling through Berlin examining the city for rendering artefacts.
Aoife Wilson
Video Team
Aoife is a writer, video producer and TV presenter. Also Khaleesi, though legally speaking she owns no land, army or dragons. Yet.
Zoe Delahunty-Light
Video producer
Zoe is a writer, streamer and RPG enthusiast who likes swords, fantasy and anything Elder Scrolls, plus has a slight (sarcasm) penchant God of War, the runes from which are tattooed on her skin.
Ian Higton
Video Producer
Ian is a video producer, keen streamer, VR enthusiast, battle royale fan and retro connoisseur. He lives in the West Midlands with his ZX Spectrum collection and a troublesome cat.
Ishraq Subhan
Reporter
Ishraq is a freelance games journalist. His first ever console was the PlayStation, where he found his love of games through Ridge Racer. He likes to think he’s really into story-driven games, but spends most of his time on the latest yearly Call of Duty release.
Liv Ngan
Reporter Intern
Liv is Eurogamer's reporter intern. When not playing games, she's trying to bring cats to her yard and be meme literate.
Vikki Blake
Contributor
When her friends were falling in love with soap stars, Vikki was falling in love with video games. She's a survival horror survivalist with a penchant for Yorkshire Tea, men dressed up as doctors and sweary words. She struggles to juggle a fair-to-middling Destiny/Halo addiction and her kill/death ratio is terrible.
