Critic Reviews for Power Season 4
All Critics (6) | Top Critics (3) | Fresh (5) | Rotten (1)
It's poetic. It's a comeuppance. It's... kind of an ish-show for pretty much all the characters we've come to know over the past three seasons.
Overall, this season continues to deliver the intrigue and tension we've come to expect from the hit Starz series. Because when it comes down to it, Power is all about survival.
It has been a LONG time since Ghost, Tommy, Angela, and Tasha have graced our screens. And it's nice to see they came back like they never left.
Kemp is promising some shock and awe in the war being waged among the characters in her popular Starz drama.
The early episodes of the season are cluttered with unconvincing law-enforcement types whose main job seems to be tripping over themselves in a rush to state the obvious, while the one ostensibly humorous scene is instead deeply unpleasant.
Nine months after the season 3 finale nearly sent us into fits, Power is back.
