If you intend to use the domain name as a trademark:
1. You must be the holder or
exclusive licensee of a verbal trademark registered in Andorra.
Persons not resident in Andorra must be represented in dealings
with the Andorran Trademark Office (OMPA) by an accredited agent.

2. Apply
to the Office for State Emblems and Signs (Servei de Signes d’Estat)
for authorisation to use .ad in a domain name. The domain name
applied for must be identical to the registered verbal trademark.
3. You must have the necessary DNS
information from your hosting service.
4. Once you have obtained authorisation
from the Office for State Emblems and Signs and an IP address, you
should apply to the STA, as administrator of the .ad NIC, for the
authorised domain name to be linked to the IP address (Technical
Application). 5. If you require a hosting service,
you may use an Andorran service (Internet
Services Providers) or any other hosting service.
