The AmbientLightSensor interface of the the Ambient Light Sensor API returns an interface for accessing AmbientLightSensorReading.

AmbientLightSensorobject.
Properties
AmbientLightSensor.reading- Returns an
AmbientLightSensorReadinginterface, containing the current light level.
